Jody Watley introduced Indonesian powerhouse Ruth Sahanaya. After a spine tingling performance of Kaulah Segalanya, she ended her set with a duet with R&B crooner Eric Benet, before he took over and sang Love and Happiness.

“This is the first time we’re playing together,” Benet said about his band. “We rehearsed for the first time only two hours ago.

“We’ve got people from the West, and people from the East, playing together for peace – don’t you think that’s a good example for the leaders of the world?” Benet said to the cheers of the crowd.
